How To Return An Item

Initiate Your Return
Go to My Orders in your account dashboard. Select the item you want to return and click "Request Return".

Print Your Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours of approval. Print it and attach it to your package.

Drop Off Package
Drop your securely packed item at any authorised courier location. Keep your receipt as proof of return.

Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
